Currently serving as MRCDC’s Coro Fellow in Public Affairs is Reena Naik, who leads the Sto-Rox Youth Partnership, a collaborative of more than 25+ youth-serving organizations in the Sto-Rox area that pull together resources in order to improve the quality of life for youth and families.
Originally from Birmingham, Ala., she has roots in Gujarat, India. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with honors degrees in Economics and Political Science as well as International and Area Studies.
While a student, she traveled to India, Israel, Cuba, and Ecuador as part of both research and volunteering trips with Pitt. She also held several leadership positions with organizations such as Student Government Board, Hindu Students Council, and Diversity Council.
