McKees Rocks Community Development Corporation (MRCDC) invites the public to attend a town hall on Nov. 12, 2025, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. regarding the lower Chartiers Avenue roadway improvement streetscape project. The Town Hall will be held at the Roxian Theatre, 425 Chartiers Ave.
A new affordable housing building is headed to McKees Rocks, thanks to federal tax credits awarded by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and our partnership with ACTION Housing.
