From our inception, MRCDC has been committed to ensuring all voices are represented in crafting a shared vision for our community and is constantly seeking to improve how we do that.
With all voices heard, plans can then reflect the optimism and desires the community has, but yet be grounded in solid market reality. Planning is also a growing process, with each planning effort building on the previous one and providing greater detail and focus.
Lastly, the ultimate goal of these efforts is to generate physical development that matches the community’s goals and aspirations.
