Congratulations to Blanca "Helen" Martinez on the grand opening of her Salvadoran restaurant Pupusas Y Antojitos Helen. The restaurant's August arrival in town was a collaboration between McKees Rocks Community Development Corporation (MRCDC) and Pittsburgh Hispanic Community Development (PHCD).
