Urban Land Institute Commonwealth Housing Exchange

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – On June 26, 2025, the ULI Pittsburgh + ULI Philadelphia Commonwealth Housing Exchange program brought together about 30 real estate and land use professionals in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to collaborate, share best practices, and build a strong network of connections across the Commonwealth.

In its first year, the Commonwealth Housing Exchange will examine attainable housing supply, while investigating strategies that can improve the overall availability of housing stock in Pennsylvania.

McKees Rocks was well represented during the following presentation about Eliminating Blight and Housing Preservation.
