Congratulations to Blanca "Helen" Martinez on the grand opening of her Salvadoran restaurant Pupusas Y Antojitos Helen. The restaurant's August arrival in town was a collaboration between McKees Rocks Community Development Corporation (MRCDC) and Pittsburgh Hispanic Community Development (PHCD). The two groups worked together to find Martinez the perfect space in McKees Rocks and continue to collaborate on future projects.
