CHARTIERS STREETSCAPE
The primary objective of the Chartiers Avenue Streetscape was to develop a clear vision for the future of Chartiers Avenue and the McKees Rocks Main Street District.
The design concepts and principles expressed herein were developed collaboratively through targeted interactions between the design team, the Borough, the Streetscape Steering Committee, the CDC, community leaders, business owners, and residents.
