| Chartiers Center has opened a new outpatient clinic at the CASH (Clean And Sober Humans) Club, 827 Broadway Ave., Stowe Township. Clinic availability Wednesdays from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. Operation hours willexpand as population grows. Jane Schwarz, LCSW will be providing individual therapy, Dr. Gil Citro will be providing telepsychiatry and Deborah Schaffnit will be providing Administrative Service Coordination.
